In the past month, the age of AI has ushered into Factlines with incredible speed; we have deployed our first AI use case to serve customers with summaries of their supplier assessments.
This apparent speed is actually the successful outcome of a long and careful series of considerations about how best to use AI to enhance our Supplier Relationship Management product. If your company is embarking on this journey now, the following might be relevant to you:
When considering the possibilities of AI, it’s tempting to ignore its inherent risks as well, but we do so at our own peril. Particularly in jurisdictions and in industries which are highly regulated, due diligence in AI will quickly become the difference between businesses that understand how to position themselves for the future and those that will almost surely crash at the end of the AI hype.
